Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, servers, wireless access points (WAPs), PTP Radio, PTMP Radio and antenna (MikroTik, Ubiquiti airFiber & RocketDish, Tenda, TP-Link, etc.).
• Commission and integrate PTP and PTMP links for ISP service provisioning.
• Troubleshoot customer connectivity issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of ISP infrastructure.
• Support warehouse and inventory teams by reporting equipment usage and requirements.
• Document installations, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Follow safety standards and company SOPs during site visits and installations.
• Collaborate with NOC and other technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Carry out tasks and assignments delegated by the supervisor/line manager.

• Prior experience working with ISP companies.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, switching, wireless technologies).
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, and similar ISP-grade equipment.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to work in field conditions.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• ISP sales and marketing experience is considered an advantage.
• Zabul, Qalat City residents are preferred.
