Job Summary
The Master Trainer is responsible for developing detailed training sessions and materials based on an approved training agenda and delivering high-quality, structured training for selected digital startups. The role focuses on entrepreneurship, IT and digitalization, and practical business development to support startups during the incubation phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed session plans, training materials, and practical exercises in line with the approved training agenda and project objectives.
- Deliver interactive and participatory training sessions, including theory, case studies, group work, and hands-on exercises.
- Integrate IT and digitalization concepts into entrepreneurship and business development topics as outlined in the agenda.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to the local context and participants’ skill levels, while maintaining approved learning objectives.
- Coordinate closely with the Digital Business Development Specialist to ensure alignment between training delivery, mentoring, and pitch preparation.
- Monitor and document participant attendance, engagement, and learning progress.
- Collect participant feedback and refine session delivery where needed.
- Submit finalized training materials, attendance sheets, photos, and a concise training completion report.
