Job Summary
The Mentor provides tailored, one-on-one and small-group mentoring to selected startups, building on the training delivered under the approved training agenda. The role focuses on helping startups apply learning in practice by refining business plans, pitch decks, and implementation roadmaps during the incubation phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured, one-on-one and small-group mentoring sessions with assigned startups in coordination with the project team.
- Support startups to apply and operationalize concepts covered in training, including business planning, financial projections, and digital business models.
- Provide practical, context-specific advice on market validation, operations, finance, customer acquisition, and growth strategies.
- Review, refine, and provide feedback on business plans, pitch decks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Participate in peer review sessions, pitch rehearsals, and demo days as required.
- Track and document mentoring sessions, action points, and progress of assigned startups.
- Coordinate closely with the Master Trainer and Digital Business Development Specialist to ensure consistency between training content and mentoring support.
