Overall Purpose of the Role:
To support the Administration and Finance departments in daily office operations, documentation, financial record keeping, and coordination tasks. The intern will gain practical experience in office administration and basic accounting while ensuring accurate and organized records.
3. Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Maintain office files and documentation.
• Support scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
• Handle basic correspondence and phone/email communication.
. Preparing monthly inventory.
Finance Support
• Assist in data entry of financial transactions.
• Help prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense reports.
• Support petty cash management and filing of financial records.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial documents.
. Work closely with finance Officer for maintaining the tax documents.
