About the Role
We are building and scaling multiple digital and software products. We are seeking
a senior, hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead with rich experience in marketing digital
and software products, and a proven ability to pivot go-to-market (GTM) strategies
based on user feedback and real data, and who can take digital/software products
from zero to traction and help scale.
The objective of this role is to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue
growth across our platforms through clear execution, fast experimentation, and
data-driven marketing.
This is an early, high-ownership role. Someone who wants to execute aggressively,
and fluent/excellent in English language.
Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products
• Acquire users (buyers & sellers) through organic and paid channels
• Test, measure, and scale growth experiments (funnels, landing pages, offers)
• Optimize conversion rates across website and product flows
Digital Marketing
• Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• SEO strategy and execution (content, keywords, backlinks)
• Email marketing, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns
• Social media growth and community building
Brand & Messaging
• Define clear product positioning and value propositions
• Create simple, strong messaging for different customer segments
• Create and Coordinate content creation (copy, visuals, videos)
Analytics & Performance
• Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention)
• Use tools like GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar
• Report results weekly with clear insights and next actions
Station: Online/Remote
The candidate will be required to work from ABCO’s Kabul Office during the first
month of the probationary period. Only after completing the first month, the
candidate may perform his/her duties remotely.
