- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of MEAL experience in Health, Nutrition, and/or EPI programs.
- Strong understanding of MEAL frameworks, indicators, and reporting standards.
- Experience with digital data collection and analysis tools (Kobo Toolbox, DHIS2, Activity Info, Excel, SPSS).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Dari and Pashto; English proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel to field locations frequently.
