- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, social science, sociology, or any relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in safeguarding, GBV, CP, protection, or survivor support
- Experience in case intake, referrals, and confidential management
- Skilled in supporting vulnerable individuals, especially women and children
- Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; good English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and trust-building skills
- Understanding of PSEAH principles and survivor-centered approaches
