The Enumerator will play a key role in supporting the MEAL team by collecting high-quality data through surveys, interviews, and other data collection tools. This position is essential for ensuring accurate and timely data gathering to inform monitoring and evaluation activities.
This is a temporary role; enumerators will work on as -needed basis according to project requirements and will be compensated on a daily rate for each day worked.
Conduct household surveys, site assessments, and community interviews using approved tools and methodologies.
Ensure accurate recording of responses using paper-based or digital tools (e.g., Kobo).
Follow ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of respondents.
Verify data consistency and completeness during collection.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Prepare sketches or maps to support infrastructure planning when required.
Work closely with MEAL teams, field officers, and community leaders to facilitate smooth survey operations.
Participate in training sessions on data collection tools and humanitarian standards.
Highlight challenges and propose solutions for improved data collection.
