Education:
Master’s Degree (MSc) in Computer Science, preferably in Software Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of Three (3) years of professional experience in academic or educational institutions, preferably in administrative or managerial capacities.
Language Proficiency:
Excellent command of English, Pashto, and Dari (both spoken and written)
Computer Skills:
Proficient in office automation and computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet-based tools.
Professional and Technical Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of contemporary curriculum design and syllabus development trends in computer science.
- Proven ability to motivate, guide, and maintain discipline among faculty members and students.
- Excellent administrative, planning, and reporting skills.
