Regen Plus Oil Company is a newly established industrial enterprise founded in 2025, specializing in the production, processing, and packaging of various motor oils, hydraulic oils, transformer oils, and other industrial lubricants.

The company was founded with the vision of delivering world-class quality products to the Afghan market and beyond. Its manufacturing facility is located in Kabul, Afghanistan.

 

 

Job Descriptions:

To perform quality control and assurance tests on base oils, additives, and finished lubricants in accordance with ASTM/API/ISO standards. The Laboratory Technician ensures that all production batches meet required specifications and supports product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:
  • • Perform physical and chemical tests such as viscosity (at 40°C & 100°C), flash point, pour point, density, color, and TBN/TAN using standard test methods (ASTM D445, D97, D92, etc.).
  • • Conduct sampling of raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products.
  • • Record all test data in standard lab forms and digital logs.
  • • Prepare and submit daily and batch-wise quality reports to the QC Manager.
  • • Operate laboratory instruments (e.g. viscometer, flash point tester, densitometer).
  • • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment according to SOPs.
  • • Ensure all tests are conducted in line with company SOPs and global quality standards.
  • • Assist in maintaining ISO 9001/14001 or other certifications if applicable.
  • • Comply with laboratory safety regulations.
  • • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the lab workspace.
  • • Assist in the training of junior staff or interns.

• Provide technical input during production troubleshooting or product development

Submission Guidelines:

: Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

  • • Prior work experience in lubricant blending or petroleum QC labs
  • • Understanding of lubricating oil formulation or additive chemistry
  • • Experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
