Job Descriptions:

Job Summary 

To lead, supervise, and develop the sales team (medical representatives/visitors), ensuring achievement of sales targets, effective product promotion, compliance with pharmaceutical standards, and expansion of Avison Pharma’s market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision
 • Lead, coach, and supervise sales representatives and team leaders within the assigned territory.
 • Assign daily/weekly tasks, monitor performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
 • Conduct joint field visits with sales staff to evaluate skills and support client interactions.
 • Identify training needs and organize sessions on product knowledge and sales skills.
 • Motivate the team through fair incentive programs and performance feedback.

Sales & Market Development
 • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in line with company objectives.
 • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and provide recommendations to management.
 • Strengthen customer relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and key distributors.
 • Plan and implement promotional activities, events, and product launches in collaboration with marketing.

Reporting & Compliance
 • Prepare detailed sales and activity reports for submission to management.
 • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical marketing ethics and regulations of the Ministry of Public Health.
 • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery.
 • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues quickly.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.

 • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred 

 • Strong scientific knowledge and ability to understand clinical and pharmacological data.

 • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

 • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

 • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reporting tools
