Our head office is located in Shahr-e-Naw, Kabul, while our assembly line operates in the Kabul Industrial Park, equipped with modern facilities and upgraded machinery for the packaging and assembly of Bajaj motorcycles..

Following the successful establishment of our operations in Afghanistan, VIPAR has expanded its presence by opening regional offices in Kandahar, Jalalabad, Herat, Kunduz, and Mazar-e-Sharif, ensuring improved customer service and nationwide access to Bajaj products.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional / Area Sales Manager to manage and grow the sales operations of our showroom in the assigned region of Afghanistan. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the two-wheeler market, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to increase showroom sales through effective customer engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and regional sales targets through effective showroom management and customer-focused selling strategies.
• Market Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region to expand customer base and market presence.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, dealers, and business partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor sales activities, analyze performance trends, and report results to the management team.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• • Support and conduct on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• • Coordinate with the marketing team for local advertisement and product awareness drives.
• Dealer Network Management: Manage existing dealers and assist in developing new partnerships to boost regional sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the two-wheeler market (motorcycle or related industry experience is highly required and preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Afghan market and local business culture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
