Project Information:
AERC Consulting has implemented the Rapid Assessment and Perception Survey of Beneficiaries – 2024 Transitional Country Programme Strategy (TCPS) funded by UNDP. This project was designed to assess community perceptions, beneficiary satisfaction, and programme effectiveness through a combination of qualitative and quantitative data collected from all provinces of Afghanistan. The study aims to inform future programme planning and strengthen evidence-based decision-making within UNDP’s Transitional Country Programme Strategy.

Job Summary:
The Report Writer will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive analytical report based on the project’s findings. The incumbent will interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize key insights, and prepare high-quality deliverables aligned with AERC and UNDP reporting standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and finalize narrative and analytical reports, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative findings.
- Prepare visual content (charts, tables, and info graphics) to present data effectively.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and M&E specialists to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Ensure reports meet the professional standards and formatting guidelines required by UNDP.
- Summarize project outcomes, challenges, and key recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s in Project Management, Social Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in report writing of Evaluation assessment, Survey, Feasibility Studies, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills in English (Dari and Pashto desirable).
- Proven ability to transform data into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
