Job Descriptions:
  • Lead the planning, development, implementation, and quality assurance of vocational training and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Develop training schedules, competency-based curricula, practical learning methodologies, trainer guidelines, and assessment systems. Oversee trainer recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure all training activities are aligned with labor market needs, private sector demand, and inclusion principles.
  • Introduce innovative learning approaches including blended learning, entrepreneurship modules, life skills, digital literacy, and business incubation support.
  • Monitor training quality, participant engagement, retention, completion, and certification processes.
  • Coordinate practical sessions, internships, apprenticeships, and employment referral pathways.
  • Ensure safeguarding and safe learning environments are maintained across all training centers.
  • Contribute to reporting, monitoring systems, and program quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, TVET, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in vocational training and capacity-building programs.
  • Strong curriculum development and facilitation experience.
  • Experience managing trainers and training centers.
  • Strong quality assurance and coaching skills.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
