Job Descriptions:
  • Manage overall implementation of assigned TVET projects in accordance with approved proposals, donor regulations, budgets, and workplans.
  • Supervise project staff, trainers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery of activities.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, procurement plans, cash forecasts, and operational schedules. Monitor project progress against indicators, outputs, and targets.
  • Coordinate beneficiary selection, training implementation, employment linkage activities, and business support interventions. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, beneficiary tracking, and data management systems.
  • Coordinate closely with finance, procurement, HR, MEAL, logistics, and compliance departments. Conduct regular field visits, stakeholder meetings, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure integration of safeguarding, gender equality, climate adaptation, conflict sensitivity, and accountability measures throughout implementation.
  • Support donor visits, audits, evaluations, and project closeout activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Development Studies, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in TVET, livelihoods, or education projects.
  • Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
  • Experience supervising teams and managing field operations.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities; knowledge of donor compliance requirements.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
