Job Descriptions:

Manage overall implementation of assigned TVET projects in accordance with approved proposals, donor regulations, budgets, and workplans.
Supervise project staff, trainers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery of activities.
Develop detailed implementation plans, procurement plans, cash forecasts, and operational schedules. Monitor project progress against indicators, outputs, and targets.
Coordinate beneficiary selection, training implementation, employment linkage activities, and business support interventions. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, beneficiary tracking, and data management systems.
Coordinate closely with finance, procurement, HR, MEAL, logistics, and compliance departments. Conduct regular field visits, stakeholder meetings, and risk assessments.
Ensure integration of safeguarding, gender equality, climate adaptation, conflict sensitivity, and accountability measures throughout implementation.
Support donor visits, audits, evaluations, and project closeout activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Development Studies, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in TVET, livelihoods, or education projects.
Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
Experience supervising teams and managing field operations.
Strong coordination and communication abilities; knowledge of donor compliance requirements.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
