Job Descriptions:

Lead management and coordination of organizational partnerships, consortium agreements, MoUs, sub-grant agreements, collaboration frameworks, and strategic partner engagement processes.
Review, negotiate, draft, and monitor partnership agreements, amendments, scopes of work, compliance obligations, and operational responsibilities.
Coordinate with legal, grants, compliance, finance, and program teams to ensure partnership arrangements align with donor requirements, organizational policies, and operational standards.
Conduct partner due diligence, capacity assessments, compliance reviews, and partnership risk assessments.
Monitor partner performance, reporting obligations, communication flows, and contractual deliverables.
Facilitate partnership meetings, coordination forums, and joint planning processes.
Maintain partnership databases, agreement trackers, amendment records, and partner communication files.
Support conflict resolution, corrective action follow-up, and strengthening of collaborative relationships. Promote transparency, accountability, safeguarding compliance, and ethical partnership management practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of partnership management, grants, legal coordination, or consortium management experience.
Strong contract review, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of donor and partnership compliance requirements.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
