• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with corporate vision and business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives (cloud, automation, AI, data-driven platforms).
• Act as a strategic advisor to CTIO, CEO, and executive leadership.
• Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities.
IT Operations & Service Delivery
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems (target ≥99.9%).
• Oversee infrastructure, data centers, networks, and enterprise platforms.
• Establish IT service management practices (ITIL, SLAs, KPIs).
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
• Define and implement cybersecurity strategy, policies, and controls.
• Oversee SOC operations, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
• Drive maturity improvements aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal security requirements.
• Manage IT risks and ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
Applications & Digital Transformation
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise systems (Infrastructure , Cybersecurity , OSS and digital transformation).
• Promote in-house development to reduce vendor dependency.
• Ensure seamless integration across platforms and systems.
• Enhance digital experience for customers and employees.
Data, Analytics & AI
• Define and execute enterprise data strategy and governance.
• Enable business intelligence, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Support AI and automation initiatives for operational efficiency and innovation.
Vendor Management & Strategic Partnerships
• Define and execute vendor management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end vendor lifecycle: RFPs, evaluation, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Establish strong partnerships with key technology vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing to ensure best value and service quality.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and enforce accountability.
• Reduce vendor dependency through capability building and knowledge transfer.
Financial Management, Budgeting & P&L Oversight
• Own and manage the IT financial portfolio including CapEx and OpEx budgets.
• Develop annual budgets aligned with IT strategy and business priorities.
• Provide full financial visibility including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of IT resources.
P&L Contribution & Cost Optimization
• Contribute directly to organizational Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across IT domains, including:
o Vendor contract renegotiation.
o License and subscription optimization.
o Infrastructure and platform rationalization.
o In-house development and automation.
• Balance cost efficiency with service quality, resilience, and innovation.
• Support revenue generation through technology enablement (digital platforms, analytics, automation).
Financial Governance & Procurement
• Establish strong financial governance and cost control mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement for PR/PO management and vendor payments.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial commitments.
Governance, Compliance & Audit
• Define IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular reporting to executive management and board.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
• Lead and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple domains.
• Define organizational structure, roles, and succession planning.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure business continuity through knowledge sharing and redundancy planning.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Define and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure resilience of critical systems with defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Conduct regular DR testing and readiness assessments.
